1. Shipping Methods: I offer standard shipping with USPS for all orders. At this time, I do not offer expedited or international shipping options. I ship within the United States only.

  2. Processing Time: All orders (excluding custom commissions) are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Everything is made to order, so please allow some time for me to create your piece with care.

  3. Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and current postal service conditions.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping address. I strive to offer reasonable shipping rates to make artwork accessible to as many people as possible.

  5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

  6. Shipping Damage or Issues: Given the nature of the pieces I currently have available, I am happy to say that it is highly unlikely that any work will arrive damaged. Still, postal services have failed us all at one point or another.

    Please know that I take great care in packaging my artwork appropriately and securely, and that I am no longer in control or liable for any damage once it is in the hands of the post office.

    If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. I am a small business of one, and it is difficult to offer returns/exchanges like a fully staffed large business might. I will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.
